Only the freshest beef, pork, lamb, poultry and buffalo find their way to Yoder’s. This top-quality grain-fed beef is raised naturally on local farms without growth hormones, steroids, or by-products and is dry-aged for maximum tenderness and full-bodied flavor.
The shop is also stocked with hickory wood-smoked meats, 19 varieties of jerky & snack sticks and the “best bacon in the world” - all made on premises with their own unique recipe. You can also select from 80 varieties of cheeses, plus jams & jellies, gourmet foods, meat seasonings and marinades.
