Since 1979, the Midwest Museum of American Art has been a jewel in the crown of the downtown Elkhart Arts & Entertainment District. The museum has over 6,800 works in its permanent collection with up to 1,200 works on display at any time.
Featuring well known American artists such as Grant Wood, Andy Warhol, Alexander Calder, Robert Indiana and more. The museum has the largest public collection of signed and numbered Norman Rockwell lithographs in the U.S. and the world’s largest Overbeck Art Pottery collection. The museum also has new exhibits every 6 to 8 weeks.
