"Journey From The Heart" is Nashville, Tennessee's premier tribute band, honoring the masterful melodies of two of the most iconic rock legends-Journey and Heart. Known for its "top-shelf" performances, this powerhouse act combines exceptional musical talent and raw passion to deliver a show that transcends the typical tribute experience.
At the heart of the band are two powerhouse vocalists: Ryan Christopher, former lead singer of Resurrection - A Journey Tribute, whose vocals have been hailed as "the closest thing to Steve Perry," and Shareen Ann, the dynamic lead vocalist of Barracuda: America's Heart Tribute. Shareen's portrayal of Ann Wilson has earned her rave reviews from music professionals, including Phil Bennett of Starship, who called her "a powerhouse with great energy and stage presence." Shareen's voice is spot-on, capturing the essence of Ann Wilson's iconic vocals with stunning precision and power.
Journey From The Heart's setlist expertly blends Journey's unforgettable classics-like "Don't Stop Believin'," "Any Way You Want It," and "Open Arms"-with *Heart's* legendary hits, including "Barracuda," "Crazy On You," and "Alone." The band's musicianship is top-tier, with each member bringing decades of experience and dedication to recreating the sound and energy of these two iconic bands.
As Michael Britt, guitarist of Lonestar, puts it, Journey From The Heart's performance is so authentic, it feels real, not like a caricature. The vocal pairing of Ryan and Shareen, along with their solid bandmates, creates a dynamic experience that leaves fans in awe, declaring, "Damn, that was good!"
With its flawless execution, heartfelt performances, and a setlist that keeps the audience rocking all night long, Journey From The Heart is the ultimate tribute to Journey and Heart-two of rock's greatest treasures.
