Responsibilities include overseeing organizational operations, supporting staff success, managing resources, and working closely with the Board and Innkeeper Tax Commission to advance ECCVB's goals. The position also builds strong relationships with local businesses, community partners, government leaders, and tourism industry professionals while advocating for the value of tourism and its impact on Elkhart County.

Responsibilities include financial planning and reporting, office administration, vendor and facility management, and employee support. The position also provides leadership for the Visitors Center team, helping ensure a welcoming, high-quality experience for visitors while supporting staff success and the organization's overall goals.

Responsibilities include collaborating across teams, identifying opportunities to grow tourism, developing new ideas and partnerships, and supporting innovative marketing efforts. The position also oversees the consistency and promotion of ECCVB's Well Crafted and We Believe In Here brands across marketing campaigns and visitor experiences.

This role leads the Elkhart County CVB's digital strategy, partnership sales, and technology initiatives, helping connect visitors and industry partners with the experiences that make Elkhart County unique. Responsibilities include driving the Experience Elkhart County website, social media, email marketing, and digital content while using data and performance insights to strengthen marketing efforts. The position also manages partnership sales, leads collaborative marketing initiatives, and oversees technology systems and reporting to support organizational efficiency and advance ECCVB's tourism goals.

The position also supports organizational events and oversees sponsorship and grant programs that advance tourism, strengthen community connections, and enhance Elkhart County as a place to visit and experience.

The position also collaborates with internal teams and community partners to support marketing efforts, strengthen relationships, promote the value of tourism, and advance initiatives that contribute to the county's continued growth and success.
