Overview
Yoga is a wonderful way to reduce stress, improve physical health and get in tune with yourself. Experiencing Yoga in the Gardens has the added benefit of connecting you with nature. Classes are open to all levels, beginner to experienced yogis welcome!
Classes are held on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 9:15 a.m.
Classes are $10 for public adults, $8 for Wellfield members. Purchase a 10-class punchcard and save! Registration required, walk-ins welcome!
