Overview

Join Kelly Wiseman on Thursdays at 6PM for a lovely relaxing time to nourish your mind, body, & spirit! Kelly will be leading you through a Yoga Nidra practice; Yoga Nidra decreases your stress hormones, relieves anxiety, and activates the healing responders in your body. She will also be incorporating sound therapy, which resets your vagal tone and nourishes the cells in your body. You will leave feeling like a new person!
