Overview
Join us for a FREE Senior Fitness class. This class is designed to motivate older adults to get their bodies moving. The instructor will lead physical activities such as chair yoga and strength training.
The class will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:30 am to 11:30 am beginning December 12 at the High Dive Pavilion.
