Overview
On Saturday, October 21st, from 12 pm-2 pm, Elkhart Parks and Recreation, with a host of local businesses and organizations, will hold the 11th Annual Trunk or Treat at Island Park!
This family-friendly event provides a safe environment for trick or treating and is free for children 12 and under and their families.
*Please note that entrance to the event will only be at the Sycamore Street bridge. The entrance line will form down the RiverWalk towards Jackson Blvd. The line will move quickly, but we ask that everyone be patient.
