Week 1: Getting To Know Me Again - In this week, we work on finding ourselves again beyond our pains, personal traumas and dramas.
Week 2: The Breath, The Mind, The Body - In this week, we learn about what’s in the breath, and how we can use the breath to work through emotional, energetic, and mental discomfort.
Week 3: Tools For The Toolbox - In Week 3, we learn about and pick out tools we can use during stressful times.
Week 4: Into The Senses - In Week 4, we discuss the 5 basic senses, and how we can utilize these in the middle of a mental/ emotional crisis.
Week 5: Out Of The Mind, Into The Body - Week 5 we go on a trip in real time from our minds, to our bodies.
