Overview
Most visitors to Bonneyville Mill experience yellow corn grinding during their visit to the Mill. Wheat grinding will be featured between 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on May 27.
Soft White Wheat is a plump low protein wheat berry that produces a fluffy flour that is well suited for any recipe that calls for baking powder or baking soda. Baked samples will be available.
