Overview

Learn about the benefits of cover cropping - there are many more benefits than you may realize!, and planting winter grains. Explore seed types, where to source seed, planting methods, and how and when to terminate cover crops before planting your garden or production beds. Tour the grains and cover crops already started at Bushelcraft Farm and help us sow seed for winter!

This is an outdoor class please dress accordingly. The farm/class site is located just north of Southgate Crossing, 27751 CR 26, Elkhart. Look for the small red shed with the Bushelcraft Farm banner!

They will be practicing social distancing and out of consideration for others, and request that all participants wear masks.
